Bartlettyarns 2 ply worsted weight yarn is used.

Gauge-16 stitches and 24 rows or rounds = 4 inches in stockinette stitch.

Skills Used-knit and purl, shaping, working a small circumference in the round.

Construction The front and back of this vest are worked separately, from the hem to the shoulders. If you prefer to knit the bottom portion in the round, there are additional instructions at the end of the pattern. The shoulders and sides are seamed. The neckline and the armhole bands are picked up from the vest’s unfinished edges and worked in the round.
